A planning application on the site was submitted in November 2012 for a residential-led mixed-use scheme of circa of 1million sq.ft. of accommodation, comprising 669 apartments and approx. 100,000 sq.ft. of retail and restaurant accommodation along with further ancillary space including a micro brewery and museum.
The development will also include significant works to the River Wandle which runs through the site and which will provide an excellent outlook for restaurant units in the Summer months.
A planning decision is expected in spring / summer 2013.
The Company also owns the adjacent Church Row Listed properties which will provide further development potential as residential accommodation.
