- A planning application on the site was submitted in November
2012 for a residential-led mixed-use scheme of circa of 1million
sq.ft. of accommodation, comprising 669 apartments and approx.
100,000 sq.ft. of retail and restaurant accommodation along with
further ancillary space including a micro brewery and museum.
- The development will also include significant works to the
River Wandle which runs through the site and which will provide an
excellent outlook for restaurant units in the Summer months.
- A planning decision is expected in spring / summer 2013.
- The Company also owns the adjacent Church Row Listed properties
which will provide further development potential as residential
accommodation.
