The St Botolph Building is a new landmark office building in The City of London's EC3 insurance district. The scheme, designed by internationally renowned architects, Grimshaw is for a 14 storey landmark office building with circa 560,000 sq ft accommodation, including retail space.

With planning permission already obtained and funding secured for the redevelopment of this 1.6 acre prime freehold site, Minerva commenced construction of this new landmark building – comprising some 445,000 sq ft of office and retail accommodation – in the Summer of 2007. The building was completed in February 2010.
