Chief Executive's introduction
I am pleased to present Minerva’s Corporate Responsibility Report for 2010. In this report, you will find a summary of our progress in addressing the environmental and social performance of our property investments, developments and Head Office from July 2009 to June 2010.This year, we have reviewed our Corporate Responsibility (CR) policy to ensure it continues to drive forward our environmental and social agenda. We have continued to monitor and improve the performance of our developments, both in design and construction phases.
With our two key developments now moving into occupation, our focus will move towards working together with our occupiers to improve our environmental and social programme and achieve our joint CR aspirations.
